[ARCHIVED] Lead Safety

Lead

Lead is a naturally occurring element.

It can be found in soil, lead-based paint, and dust. Too much exposure to lead can cause behavior problems, low IQ and poor grades in school, hearing problems, learning difficulties, growth delays, and persistent tiredness or hyperactivity.

Here are some ways to help prevent your child from lead poisoning: http://www.cdc.gov/nceh/lead/tips.htm
