The Lenawee County Land Bank Authority is requesting proposals for environmental consulting services for the property located at 140 W. Main Street in Addison, MI. 49220.
Proposals are due in a sealed envelope to the Lenawee County Treasurers Office (301 N. Main Street, Adrian, MI 49221) no later than 9:00 am on 7/16/2024. There will be a public bid opening immediately following.
Any bidders who wish to gain access to the site, please contact the Lenawee County Land Bank Authority at 517-264-4555 to set up an appointment.
All bidders are required to submit a list of similar projects that they have completed with their bid proposal.
Any RFI’s are to be submitted to Anna Solis at anna.solis@lenawee.mi.us. The last day to submit RFI’s will be 4 days prior to the bid date.
Scope of Services:
- Provide phase 1 environmental site assessment.
- Provide an anticipated contingency range for phase 2 environmental site assessment if required.
- Provide asbestos survey.
- Provide recommendations/requirements for building demolition contractors to follow. This consultant review bidding documents prepared by the Construction Manager (contracted separately by the Lenawee County Land Bank Authority) for environmental compliance.
- Provide hourly billing rates for all on site testing.
