The Lenawee Department on Aging invites all caregivers to join us for our next Caregiver Support Group on Monday, December 1 at 2:00 PM at Daybreak – Adrian, located at 327 Erie Street in Adrian.
This month’s session will be facilitated by Kathy Johnston Betzoldt, M.A., L.P.C., and will explore the topic: “Surviving the Holidays as a Caregiver.” The holiday season can be stressful while caring for a loved one, but this session will offer practical tips to help keep everyone happy, content, and preserve your own sanity. Kathy will guide a supportive discussion with strategies for navigating holiday challenges while finding moments of peace and joy.
Whether you’re caring for a parent, spouse, or friend, this group is a welcoming space to find encouragement, share experiences, and gain tools to care for both your loved one and yourself.
