The Lenawee County Land Bank Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management services during the demolition of the structure located at 140 W. Main Street in Addison, Michigan.
The firm to be awarded the construction management contract shall be retained through the completion of the projects, including any contract time extensions. For the purposes of this request for proposal, this firm will be referred to as the Construction Manager.
The Construction Manager shall provide one (1) lead individual who shall assume overall responsibility for all construction management services, and who shall be available to report directly to the Lenawee County Land Bank Authority.
The Construction Manager will provide construction management and quality assurance inspection services for all site improvements. Special inspections and testing related to the construction work will be coordinated (and contracted directly with the Lenawee County Land Bank Authority) by the Construction Manager as part of this Agreement.
If the Construction Manager’s construction firm is planning to submit a proposal for demolition (RFP slated for a later date), the Construction Manager will not be eligible to write or make recommendations for the demolition RFP.
This is a Prevailing Wage Project.
The expected award date of this this Agreement will be December 17, 2024.
