Juvenile Court

The Juvenile Court is a section of the Circuit Court Family Division. It is designed to address two elements within the Family Court System,  1. Child Welfare/Abuse and Neglect proceedings: where the Department Of Human services establishes that a parent has abused or neglected his/her minor child. 2. Juvenile criminal proceedings where a crime has been alleged of a minor child under the age of 17.
